Short Term Van Leasing is a great way to run commercial vehicles without the commitment of a long term leasing arrangement.
Usually offered on 6 and 12 month contracts our wide range of short term vans are available as Panel Vans, Crew Vans, Pickup Trucks, Dropsides and Minibuses.
Short Term Vans are contracts are ideal for seasonal work, short term projects or for new starters that you’re not sure will work out.
Delivery is usually 1-2 weeks and the vehicles are new or nearly new. If you need something flexible, take a look at our Flexi-rent Vans.
Flexible monthly short term van subscription based on an initial payment of £1645 followed by monthly payments taken by Direct Debit. The rate advertised is based on a minimum hire period of 90 days, should the vehicle be taken for less than this, we reserve the right to charge at least 1.5 times the rental and delivery will also be applicable. The initial payment can be made via BACS, CHAPS, Credit or Debit Cards (including AMEX). Monthly direct debits payments will commence approx. 1 month from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Rentals will change if VAT rate changes during the agreement.
The vehicle must be returned in good condition, any repairs must be carried out by a manufacturer approved bodyshop or supplier and warranted. The return conditions of all our flexible van subscriptions are detailed within the contract. The vehicle must be returned with the agreed contracted mileage and additional mileage will be charged as per the Excess Mileage charge on the agreement.Charges and Admin fee’s will be applied to your account for Road Traffic Offences, Penalty Charge notices, Late Payment Fee’s and Bounced Direct Debits, all of which are listed within our agreements and on our ADVICE OF CHARGES page. Delivery is Free of Charge in England and Wales, additional delivery costs may be charged for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Return of the vehicle is free of charge back to our nominated depot. Collection is charged as per the contract. We no longer charge for initial payments taken by Credit, Debit or American Express cards.
Additional Details: Short Term Flexible Van Subscriptions vans from this supplier are generally nearly new and may have some miles on the odometer, this will be confirmed by our sales team.
Maintenance/Warranty: Short Term Flexible Van Subscriptions do not come with maintenance or tyre provision as standard and is optional, please ask a member of our short term sales team for a price. All vehicles do come with full manufacturers warranty and manufacturers roadside assistance. No courtesy vehicle is supplied whilst the vehicle is at dealer.
Vehicles from this supplier have a maximum total mileage restriction of 2,000 miles per calendar month. If your mileage requirement is over this, our team can look at mileage provisions of up to 6,000 miles per calendar month.
Available for Business Users Only, certain types of business may not be accepted for a van subscription, these include Couriers, Hire & Reward, Construction and certain trades. Figures Exclude VAT. Personal Contacts are available on request please add prevailing VAT. The amount of VAT you can reclaim depends on your business VAT status.

AdBlue: Adblue is used in many modern vehicles to reduce NOx from your Diesel Car or Van. AdBlue is very easy to use and is classed as a harmless substance, generally you top AdBlue up in a dedicated tank. Please note that AdBlue is classed as consumable.
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF): DPF’s have been fitted to most diesel vehicles to help meet strict European Emmissions standards, for them to work efficiently the vehicle needs to drive at a steady speed for at least 15-20 mins, to allow the filter to heat up enough to regenerate.
Derivative: Manufacturers create so many different models of their vehicles, from the very basic to the fully kitted out models that include just about everything. The specification can change on a monthly basis of these models, which can make this website difficult to keep up to date and the models that we have on order may differ from those advertised on the manufacturers website.
Body Type: There are various different body types, we generally have a set list we use to describe these vehicles; Hatchback, Estate, Saloon, 4×4, LCV, Coupe, Cabriolet/Convertible, although a few more may slip through from time to time. If in doubt call the Short Term Car Leasing team.
Transmission: Generally we only publish two types of transmission on our website, which is Automatic and Manual, although their are various different types of automatic transmission such as TipTronic, CVT and DSG, its easier to keep to what everybody understands.
CO2 Emissions: This is the carbon dioxide emissions that are emitted from your car’s exhaust system. The figure we state has been provided by the manufacturers feed. This may differ depending on the cars specification. Please confrim with the salesperson to find out the correct CO2 emissions for the vehicle you are going to be ordering.
MPG (Miles per Gallon): The figure displayed shows the manufacturers combined fuel figure in miles per gallon (mpg). The combined figure is for the urban and extra-urban cycle together and may not represent real world driving conditions.
Fuel Type: In recent years, just Petrol and Diesel were available, now we have electric cars, hybrid cars and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles coming into the mix. At the moment if the vehicle is a Hybrid we will just state Hybrid in the fuel type, we may however change this in the future.
Maintenance: If Maintenance is included within the price, then you will be covered for all servicing costs during the duration of the contract. The maintenance programme does not cover accidental damage, vehicle misuse or warranty issues.
Tyres: If Tyre cover is included within the price, then all naturally worn car tyres are replaced under this agreement. This does not cover punctures or accidental damage to the tyres. Should the tyre be replaced due to this, then this will be charged accordingly.
